3种促排卵方案在PCOS不孕症患者中的疗效对比

Comparison of Three Ovulation-stimulating Regimens in Patients With PCOS Infertility

目的比较多囊卵巢综合征(Polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)不孕症患者中3种促排卵方案的临床效果。方法选取115例PCOS不孕症患者,随机分为甲组36例,克罗米酚(Clomiphene,CC)治疗;乙组37例,人绝经期促性腺激素(Human menopausal gonadotropin,HMG)治疗;丙组42例,CC+HMG治疗。比较三组排卵情况与妊娠情况。结果乙组、丙组排卵率、周期妊娠率高于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PCOS不孕症患者中CC联合HMG、单用单用HMG促排卵效果优于CC单独使用。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of three ovulation induction regimens in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (Polycystic ovary syndrome, PCOS) infertility. Methods 115 patients with PCOS infertility were randomly divided into group A with 36 patients, treatment with clomiphene (clomiphene, CC) and group B with 37 patients with human menopausal gonadotropin (human menopausal gonadotropin, HMG), Group C with 42 cases, CC+HMG. The ovulation and pregnancy were compared between the three groups. Results The ovulation rate and cycle pregnancy rate of group B and group C were higher than those of group A, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of CC combined with HMG and HMG alone in PCOS infertility is better than CC alone.
