摘要 目的探讨64 排螺旋CT 头颈部血管CT 减影成像技术的临床应用效果。方法根据患者的病症分析,随机选取2017 年8 月—2018年7 月入住我院的疑似头颈部血管病变患者共43 例,所有患者全部接受64 排螺旋CT 血管头颈部血管扫描,观察扫描图像经处理后合成的三维血管影像。结果 43 例患者的颈内动脉、椎动脉及其分支都能很好的显示出来,由成像可清晰的看到头颈部血管影像,经过分析检查,43 例患者中有1 例左侧椎动脉锁骨下开口,1 例右侧椎动脉缺口,2例脑静脉畸形,6 例颈动脉合并椎动脉粥样硬化并狭窄,4 例颅内动脉瘤,4 例椎动脉粥样硬化并狭窄,25 例未见异常。结论 64 排螺旋CT头颈部血管CT 成像能将头颈部血管清晰显示,为临床判断头颈部血管疾病进行下一步治疗措施提供可靠的诊断依据。 Objective To investigate the clinical application of 64-slice spiral CT subtraction imaging of head and neck vessels. Methods According to the analysis of patients' symptoms, 43 patients with suspected head and neck vascular diseases were randomly selected from August 2017 to July 2018. All patients were received 64-slice spiral CT angiography of head and neck vessels, and observed the three-dimensional vascular images synthesized after processing. Results The internal carotid artery, vertebral artery and its branches were well displayed in 43 patients. The head and neck vascular images were clearly visible by imaging. After analysis, one of the 43 patients had a left vertebral artery under the clavicle. Opening, 1 case of right vertebral artery incision, 2 cases of cerebral venous malformation, 6 cases of carotid artery with vertebral atherosclerosis and stenosis, 4 cases of intracranial aneurysm, 4 cases of vertebral atherosclerosis and stenosis, 25 cases were not seen abnormal. Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT angiography of head and neck vessels can clearly show the blood vessels of head and neck, which provides reliable diagnostic basis for clinical judgment of the next treatment measures of head and neck vascular diseases.
