Objective To analyze the feasibility of low-dose abdominal angiography with 64-slice spiral CT in patients with pancreatic cancer and its effect on image quality for reference. Methods 82 patients with pancreatic cancer admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to November 2018 were selected as the study subjects. All patients were given 64-slice spiral CT. According to the different doses of contrast agent, 41 patients were given low-dose and routine-dose scanning, each group was 41 cases. Observe the changes of abdominal angiography, and compare the image quality and diagnostic value under different scanning conditions. Results The image quality of low dose scan was better than that of routine dose scan (p > 0.05), and there was no significant difference between low dose scan and routine dose scan in the accuracy and sensitivity of diagnosis of vascular invasion of pancreatic cancer (P > 0.05). Conclusion Low-dose abdominal angiography with 64-slice spiral CT has high application value, which can ensure image quality and diagnostic value.
