消化内镜消毒流程优化对感染防控的作用

Effect of Optimizing the Process of Digestive Endoscopy Disinfection on Infection Control

目的探讨化内镜清洗消毒流程优化在内镜室感染防控中的应用效果。方法选择我院2018 年6—8 月常规消化内镜清洗消毒模式下清洗内镜300 件为对照组,另取2018 年9—10 月采用消化内镜清洗消毒流程优化方案干预后清洗内镜300 件为实验组,对比其清洗合格率及其在临床检查中使用后患者的感染率。结果实验组消化内镜及活检钳检测合格率高于对照组,P < 0.05;内镜应用后内镜室医源性感染低于对照组,P < 0.05。结论采用优化清洗消毒流程方案进行消化内镜的清洗能够提高消化内镜及其配件消毒的合格率,能够实现对内镜室感染的有效控制。

Objective To investigate the application effect of the optimization of endoscopic cleaning and disinfection process in the prevention and control of endoscopic infection. Methods From June 2018 to August 2018, 300 cases were selected as the control group under the routine digestive endoscope cleaning and disinfection mode, and from September 2018 to October 2018, the optimization process of digestive endoscope cleaning and disinfection was used. 300 cases were cleaned as experimental groups. To compare the rate of cleaning compliance and the infection rate of patients after use in clinical examination. Results The test acceptance rate of digestive endoscope and biopsy forceps in experimental group was higher than that of control group, P < 0.05;endoscopic infection was significantly lower than control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion The cleaning of digestive endoscope with optimal cleaning and disinfection process can obviously improve the acceptance rate of disinfection of digestive endoscope and its accessories, and can achieve effective control of endoscopic infection.
