综合护理对鼻咽癌放疗致口腔黏膜反应的效果

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Oral Mucosa Reaction Induced by Radiotherapy for Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

目的探析对鼻咽癌患者采取综合护理措施的方案实施护理后的作用。方法选取我科2017 年1 月—2018 年9 月收治的鼻咽癌患者200 例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各100例。对照组患者给予基础护理,观察组实施综合护理措施,对比两组的生命质量和口腔黏膜反应。结果观察组鼻咽癌患者的生命质量高于对照组(P < 0.05),观察组鼻咽癌患者口腔黏膜反应率64.00%低于对照组(P < 0.05),观察组鼻咽癌患者持续口腔黏膜反应的时间(8.61±2.48)天低于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论鼻咽癌患者实施综合护理措施可改善患者的生命质量和口腔黏膜反应。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing measures on nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients after implementation of nursing. Methods 200 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma admitted to our department from January 2017 to September 2018 were selected. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in control group were given basic nursing, while the patients in observation group were given comprehensive nursing measures. The quality of life and oral mucosal reaction were compared. Results The quality of life of patients in the observation group was significantly better than control group (P < 0.05). The oral mucosal reaction rate of patients in observation group was 64.00% lower than control group (P < 0.05). The duration of persistent oral mucosal reaction in observation group was (8.61±2.48) days lower than control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing measures can significantly improve the quality of life and oral mucosal reaction of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
