临床护理路径对子宫肌瘤患者应激反应的效果

目的探究子宫肌瘤患者围术期应用临床护理路径理念对应激反应的影响。方法此次实验对象全部选自2017 年7 月—2018 年12 月本院收治的78 例子宫肌瘤患者,按照入院治疗先后顺序分成实验组(n =39)和对照组(n =39),对照组开展基础护理,基于此实验组选择临床护理路径理念,分析比较两种护理方案对患者应激反应的影响。结果实验组和对照组在收缩压、舒张压、心率以及护理总满意度上,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤患者围术期应用临床护理路径理念,有助于减少患者应激反应,并提升患者护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative application of clinical nursing pathway on stress response in patients with uterine fibroids. Methods All the subjects in this study were selected from 78 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to December 2018. They were divided into experimental group (n =39) and control group (n =39) according to the order of admission. The control group carried out basic nursing. Based on this experiment group, the concept of clinical nursing path was selected to analyze and compare the effects of the two nursing programs on the patient's stress response. Results There was a statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate and total satisfaction of nursing (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of the clinical nursing pathway concept in patients with uterine fibroids can help reduce the patient's stress response and improve patient care satisfaction.
