摘要
目的对ISBAR(即Introduction、Situation、Background、Assessment、Recommendation)沟通在预防消化道出血患者跌倒中的应用效果进行评析。
Objective To evaluate the effect of ISBAR communication mode in preventing falls in patients with gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods 80 patients with gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to our department of gastroenterology from September 2017 to March 2019 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into study group and control group by digital table method, all of which were 40 cases. Symptomatic, due to treatment and care, the control group implemented fall prevention measures, the research team also adopted the ISBAR communication mode for the handover class, through the questionnaire to understand the patient care satisfaction, compared with the occurrence of falls. Results By applying the ISBAR communication mode handover class, the scores of nursing satisfaction and other dimensions of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). There was no fall event in the study group, the incidence rate was 0, and the control group showed 4 cases. The incidence of falls was 10%, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of ISBAR communication mode in nursing care shifts for patients with gastrointestinal bleeding can effectively improve the quality of clinical care shifts and reduce the incidence of falls in hospitals.
