摘要
笔者对新疆早期教育人才的市场现状与需求方面进行调研,了解新疆0-3岁早期教育办学规模、专业人才培养目标等早期教育专业建设情况,对新疆0-3岁早期教育人才需求进行宏观分析和预测,并针对现实困境提出对策建议。
Based on an investigation to the current market and needs of the talents majoring in the early - period education in Xinjiang, this article discusses the size, scale and teaching objectives of the talents education for infants from 0 to 3 years old in Xinjiang so as to do the need analysis for the talents. Solutions and suggestions for the current difficulties are also provided.
