摘要
中小学教师流动之于义务教育均衡发展与教育公平的实现具有重要意义。统计中国知网2002-2017年的相关文献,运用可视化工具CiteSpace绘制图谱可以发现,十五年来该领域研究热点主要集中在教师流动目的、流动形式、流动范围、流动保障、流动意向五个方面。面对现实,我国中小学教师流动研究应该注重理论研究与实践行动的结合,注重国外知识借鉴.与国内经验总结兼具,注重流动教师个体权益与学校集体发展的共赢,注重传统教师交流方式与现代信息技术的结合。
The mobility of primary and secondary school teachers is of great significance to the balance development of compulsory education and the realization of educational equity. Based on the statistics of the relevant documents of CNKI database from 2002 to 2017 , and the mapping of CiteSpace, a visualization tool, It can be found that the research in this field in the past 15 years mainly focuses on such five aspects as the purpose ,the form, the scope, the guarantee and the intention of teachers'mobility. To be realistic , the study of teacher mobility in primary and secondary schools in China should focus on the combination of theoretical research and practical action, the combination of foreign knowledge and domestic experience, the win - win situation of individual rights and interests of mobile teachers and collective development of schools, and the combination of traditional methods and modem information technology.
