摘要
文章阐述了“一带一路”视阈下新疆高等教育快速发展必要性,分析了“一带一路”建设给新疆高等教育带来的机遇和诸多挑战,针对新疆高等教育的发展提出相关对策,以期提高新疆高等教育的质量。
This article discusses the necessity of the rapid Development of Xinjiang Higher Education, and analyzes its new opportunities and challenges brought by " the Belt and Road" construction so as to provide solutions for the improvement of the quality of the higher education of Xinjiang.
