摘要目的评价PICCO监测应用于肺心病合并心力衰竭治疗中的价值。方法选取我院2016年2月—2018年3月收治的肺心病合并心力衰竭患者68例,随机分为常规监测的对照组(34例)与PICCO监测的观察组(34例),观察2组患者肺功能情况、呼吸频率、心率、血气分析。结果与对照组相比,观察组干预后肺功能、呼吸频率、心率、血气分析改善情况更佳,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予肺心病合并心力衰竭患者PICCO监测,能改善患者临床症状及预后水平,值得借鉴。
