信号转导与转录因子STAT3在乳腺癌中的研究进展

乳腺癌是临床女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,信号转导与转录因子3(STAT3)是存在于细胞的细胞浆中进行正常生命活动的一种转录因子,参与了细胞的生长、增殖、迁移等活动,主要起到将信号从细胞膜传递到细胞核的作用。目前很多研究表明STAT3在多种肿瘤中,特别是在恶性肿瘤中被持续激活或者在肿瘤中高表达,认为STAT3参与了细胞的恶性转化,为肿瘤细胞增殖、增殖、迁移等过程相关的癌蛋白。

Breast cancer is one of the most common malignancies in the world,and it has the highest incidence among women. Signal transduction and transcription factor 3 (STAT3)is a transcription factor that is present in the cytoplasm of cells for normal life activities. STAT3 participates in cell growth,reproduction,metastasis and other activities in cells,mainly to transfer signals from the cell membrane to the nucleus. Many studies have shown that STAT3 is continuously activated or highly expressed in tumors in a variety of tumors,especially in malignant tumors. Therefore, some scholars believe that signaling,the transcription factor STAT3 is considered to be involved in the malignant transformation of cells,and it is identified as an oncoprotein associated with tumor cell proliferation,growth,migration and other processes.
