供应链管理背景下的湖北省农村电商物流发展模式探究

Research on the Development Path of Rural E - commerce Logistics in Fujian Province from the Perspective of Supply Chain Management

湖北省大部分农村地区的物流比较落后,存在配送时间长、寄件贵、取件二次花费、无法送到用户手中等问题,制约着工业品下乡,农产品进城,严重影响村民的生活品质和经济收入,影响乡村振兴的步伐。通过实地调研及查阅文献,发现造成农村电商物流发展缓慢的主要原因是高昂的物流成本,从农村电商物流供应链管理视角出发,制定出湖北省农村电商物流发展路径,以期提升农村电商物流服务能力,助力乡村振兴。

Logistics in most rural areas of Fujian Province is still relatively backward, facing the problems of long delivery, expensive delivery, second cost of picking up, failing to reach the users, which seriously affects the quality of life and economic income of the villagers, and the pace of rural revitalization. Through field investigation and literature review, it is found that the high logistics cost affects the development of rural e-commerce logistics. This paper formulates the development path of rural e-commerce logistics in Hubei Province to improve its rural e-commerce logistics service ability and help rural revitalization from the perspective of rural e-commerce logistics supply chain management.
