摘要
翻转课堂通过对知识传授和知识内化的“颠倒”安排,实现了对传统教学模式的创新。分析了在高职院校铁路行车组织课程中运用翻转课堂的可行性,借鉴和吸取了翻转课堂在众多课程中应用的成功案例和经验,结合铁路行车组织课程的特点及教学目标,融入六步教学法进行了三个维度的教学设计。通过铁路行车组织课堂实践证明,翻转课堂教学模式提高了学生的自主学习能力和学习兴趣,增加了课堂互动,减少了课堂管理问题,取得了良好的教学效果。
Flipped classroom realizes the innovation of the traditional teaching mode through the " reverse" arrangement of knowledge imparting and knowledge internalization. This paper analyzes the feasibility of flip classroom in the course of railway traffic organization in higher vocational colleges, and integrates the six - step teaching method into the three-dimensional teaching design by drawing lessons from the successful cases and experiences of flipped classroom in many courses, and in combination with the characteristics and teaching objectives of railway driving organization course. It is proved that flipped classroom teaching model improves studentsz autonomous learning ability and interests, increases classroom interaction while reducing classroom management problems to obtain good teaching effects.
