冠心病患者心脏康复依从性现状及干预研究进展

冠心病患者系统治疗后再发心血管事件,增加病死率和住院率,给社会带来沉重的经济负担。国内外研究报道显示,冠心病患者心脏康复依从性差是目前普遍存在的问题。因此,在冠心病患者康复治疗中,解决依从性不佳的问题,对其健康结局和治疗成本影响非常重要。本文对国内外冠心病患者心脏康复的现状及其影响因素、提高患者心脏康复依从性干预方法加以陈述。

This study summarized the status and influence factors of cardiac rehabilitation compliance among foreign and domestic coronary heart disease patients and the interventions recommended for improving cardiac rehabilitation compliance.
