国外学前教育法研究的热点领域与实践探索 被引量:2

摘要 利用Citespace软件对Web of Science核心论文数据库国外学前教育法研究的相关文献资料进行可视化分析。研究表明,国外学前教育法研究的热点主要集中在学前教育法中的亲子关系研究、学前教育阶段儿童学业成就研究、学前教育法律保障中的重点领域研究、学前教育法律中有关特殊群体研究、学龄前儿童的体育健康教育研究、学前教育监管体系研究等方面,为国外学前教育立法体系的建立、政府在学前教育领域中基本职责的行使、教师选拔和培训机制的健全、学前教育督导评估体系的完善、学前教育多方支持的协同等提供了理论滋养。结合国外学前教育立法的基本经验,我国学前教育的专门立法中需要就形成"政府牵头,多方共助"的多元化经费来源机制、健全学前教育师资选拔培训制度、完善学前教育监督机制、尊重家长参与权等事项给予重点关照。 The authors use Citespace to visually analyze the relevant literatures of foreign preschool education research in the Web of Science. The authors' research shows that the hot topics of foreign preschool education research mainly focus on the following dimensions, such as, parent-child relationship in pre-school education law,children's academic achievements in pre-school education, key areas in the legal protection of pre-school education, and the special groups in pre-school education law, sports and health education for preschool children, preschool education supervision system, etc. These studies provide the theoretical nourishment in a series of the collaboration in such aspects as the establishment of a foreign preschool education legislative system, the government's exercise of basic duties in the field of preschool education, the improvement of teacher selection and training mechanisms, the improvement of the preschool education supervision and evaluation system, and the multi-party support of preschool education. Combining the fundamental successful experience of foreign preschool education legislation, the authors of this article suggests that the special legislation of preschool education in China needs to form a diversified establishing source mechanism of " government lead and multi-parties support" to improve the training system for pre-school education teacher selection, and to improve the pre-school education supervision mechanism. In addition, the authors also suggest that special attention should be given to matters such as respect for parental participation and give priority to the observation.
