等静压石墨密封材料的浸渍工艺分析研究 被引量:1

摘要 冷等静压坯料在焙烧后的制品内部会形成许多大小不一的气孔,需进行浸渍处理提高强度和基体致密性,本文围绕影响浸渍效果的各项主要工艺因素展开讨论与研究。实验结果表明:最优的浸渍工艺参数温度2209、加压0.9MPa、保压时间为60min.通过相同实验因素下的对比试验,制晶的体积密度会随着浸渍次数的增加而提升,但其提升的幅度却逐次减小。通过五焙四浸渍的工艺可将制晶的体积密度提高到1.79g/cm^3. Cold isostatic pressing blank will form many different size pore in the product after roasting. It needs to be impregnated to improve strength and matrix compactness. This paper discusses and studies the main technological factors affecting impregnation effect. The experimental results show that the optimum impregnation process parameters are 220 C, 0.9 MPa and 60 min. Through the comparative test under the same experimental factors, the volume density of the product will increase with the increase of the number of impregnation, but the extent of the increase decreases gradually. The volume density of the product can be increased to 1.79g/cm^3 by five baking and four impregnation.
