摘要 ASMESA537CL2是目前国内外建造储罐、球罐等压力容器的主要钢种之一。该钢种一般采用调质工艺生产,具备可焊接性能好、抗断裂性能优异、以及较低的韧性转变温度等优点,广泛适用于石油化工、电站、锅炉、海水净化等工程领域。为满足储罐、球罐设计大型化以及安全性的需求,降低钢板的屈强比逐渐成为此类材料的研究热点。本文通过合理的成分设计,重点研究调质工艺参数对SA537CL2钢板屈强比的影响规律。经过试验及现场实际生产检验数据表明:降低淬火温度,提高回火温度,能有效降低SA537CL2钢板的屈强比,钢板调质后组织中的软硬相占比对屈强比影响较大。 ASME SA537CL2 is one of the main types of steel used to construct pressure vessels such as storage tanks and spherical tanks at home and abroad. The steel is generally produced by quenching and tempering process. It has the advantages of good weldability , excellent fracture resistance and low ductile transition temperature. It is widely used in petrochemical , power plant , boiler , seawater purification and other engineering fields. In order to meet the requirements of large-scale design and safety of storage tanks and spherical tanks , reducing the yield-strength ratio of steel plates has gradually become a research hotspot of this kind of materials. In this paper , the effect of quenching and tempering parameters on yield-strength ratio of SA537CL2 steel plate is studied through reasonable composition design. The test and on-site production test data show that reducing quenching temperature and increasing tempering temperature can effectively reduce the yield-strength ratio of SA537CL2 steel plate , and the proportion of hard and soft phases in the tempered steel plate has a greater impact on the yield-strength ratio.
