Editors’ Technology Anxiety

编辑的技术焦虑是编辑与技术纠缠历史新的时代表征。这种焦虑心理并非没有意义。编辑的技术焦虑产生于编辑与技术自然和谐关系的破裂,有着深刻广阔的技术发展背景;编辑的技术焦虑表现为位置焦虑、信任焦虑、本体焦虑三种不同类型,形成于编辑权威、编辑阶层、编辑内涵三个根本被动摇;编辑的技术焦虑具有积极意义,其效果是最大可能、最大程度地提升和实现编辑的职业价值;预测未来,编辑的技术焦虑将会发生新的质变。

The editors' technology anxiety is a new representation in the history of the entanglement between editors and technology. This kind of anxiety is not meaningless. The paper points out that, with a profound background of technological development, the technology anxiety of the editors arises from the rupture of harmonious relationship between editors and technology. It is manifested in three different types (i.e., position anxiety, trust anxiety and ontology anxiety), and comes into being because three fundamental aspects (i.e., editors' authority, editors' hierarchy and editors' connotation) have been changed. However, this kind of anxiety is positive in some degree because it may maximize the professional value of the editors. In the future, the technology anxiety of the editors will undergo a new fundamental change.
