阈下抑郁个体脾胃功能与认知功能的关系研究

Research on the "Spleen in Storing Idea" and the Cognitive Function of Subthreshold Depression

目的:通过针刺阈下抑郁个体脾经与胃经腧穴探究脾胃功能与认知功能之间的关系。方法:对长沙市某高校学生发放抑郁自评量表(CES-D),筛选>16分的个体,再用汉密尔顿抑郁量表17项(HAMD-17)筛选>7分且<17分的个体,从中随机抽取15人入试验组,15人入对照组,使用心理学实验操作平台E-prime实验程序记录针刺前后两组反应。结果:针刺前两组量表得分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。针刺后试验组量表得分和正性与负性情绪图片反应时均低于针刺前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组HAMD-17得分和情绪图片反应时与针刺前比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:通过针刺脾经与胃经腧穴能改变阈下抑郁个体的认知功能,脾胃功能与认知功能存在相关性。

Objective: Using acupuncture to explore the relationship between the spleen and stomach function and cognitive function. Method: Students in an university in Changsha were asserted with Center for Epidemiological Survey, Depression Scale(CES-D);we selected16 points individuals to used the Hamilton Depression Scale 17(HAMD-17) to select>7 points,<17 individuals, and randomly selected 15 person in the experimental group and 15 person in the control group. The E-prime experiment program was used to record reaction time before and after acupuncture in the two groups. Results: Before acupuncture, the score of scales and the reaction time of two groups showed no statistical significance(P>0.05). After acupuncture, the scale scores and positive and negative emotional pictures reaction time was less than before acupuncture in experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no different in HAMD-17 score and emotional picture reaction time after acupuncture in control group, and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion: There was correlation between the spleen and stomach function and cognitive function through the acupuncture of spleen and stomach meridian, which can change subthreshold depression individual cognitive function.
