妇洁康洗剂对小鼠抗炎止痒及体外抑菌的作用

Effect of Fujiekang Lotion on Anti-inflammatory and Antipruritic and Antibacterial Activity in Mice

目的探讨院内制剂妇洁康洗剂抗炎、止痒、抑菌的药效作用,为进一步开发研究提供实验依据。方法采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、琼脂致小鼠肉芽肿增生实验研究妇洁康洗剂抗炎效果;采用右旋糖酐致小鼠皮肤瘙痒实验观察妇洁康洗剂止痒作用;采用平皿稀释法观察妇洁康洗剂对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的体外抑菌效果。结果妇洁康洗剂对二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀具有抑制作用(P <0. 05),其中高剂量具有显著的抗炎抑制作用(P <0. 01);妇洁康洗剂各剂量均能明显抑制小鼠琼脂肉芽肿增生(P <0. 01);妇洁康洗剂高、中剂量能明显减少右旋糖酐致小鼠30 min瘙痒次数及缩短瘙痒持续时间(P <0. 01);体外抑菌实验提示妇洁康洗剂对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌均有不同程度的抑制作用。结论妇洁康洗剂具有良好的抗炎、止痒和抑菌作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of anti-inflammatory,antipruritic and vitro antibacterial activity on Fujiekang lotion,and to provide experimental evidence for further research. Methods The anti-inflammatory effect of Fujiekang lotion was studied by the experimental model of mice ear swelling caused by xylene and granuloma induced by agar.Observed the effect of Fujiekang lotion on the model of pruritus was induced by dextran in mice. By plate dilution method,we observe the vitro antibacterial effect of Fujiekang lotion on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans.Results Fujiekang lotion could inhibit the xylene-induced ear swelling in mice( P < 0. 05) and high dose has significant anti-inflammatory inhibition( P < 0. 01);the agar granuloma hyperplasia was significantly inhibited in mice( P < 0. 01).High and medium dose of Fujiekang lotion can significantly reduce the frequency of pruritus in 30 mins induced by dextran and shorten the duration of pruritus( P < 0. 01). The in vitro antibacterial experiment indicated that the Fujiekang lotion had different inhibitory effects on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans. Conclusion Fujiekang lotion has strong anti-inflammatory,antipruritic and vitro antibacterial effects.
