程序化和谐护理对体检中心护理服务的影响

Analysis of the Influence of Programmatic Harmonious Nursing on the Nursing Service of Physical Examination Center

目的探讨程序化和谐护理对体检中心护理服务的影响。方法选取2016年7月-2018年6月在体检中心进行体检的1 500例健康体检者,按照随机数字表法将其分为A组(750例)和B组(750例),A组采取常规护理服务,B组采取程序化和谐护理服务,并比较不同组护理效果。结果 B组体检者体检等待时间和体检时间均明显短于A组(P <0. 05);B组护理意外事件、护理纠纷和护理投诉事件发生率均明显少于A组(P <0. 05);护理前,A组和B组汉密尔顿焦虑(HAMA)评分与汉密尔顿抑郁(HAMD)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),护理后B组患者HAMA和HAMD评分均明显低于A组(P <0. 05);B组患者对体检环境舒适度、体检流程通畅度、体检项目宣教以及个人隐私保密度等满意度评分明显高于A组(P <0. 05)。结论程序化和谐护理在体检中心护理服务中护理效果良好,不仅能缩短体检等待时间以及体检时间,同时还能减少护理不良事件以及提高护理满意度。

Objective Explore the impact of programmatic and harmonious care on the nursing services of the medical examination center. Methods 1 500 healthy physical examinations were performed from July 2016 to June 2018 at the physical examination center of our hospital. They were divided into group A (750 cases) and group B (750 cases) according to the random number table method. Group A was adopted. For routine care services, Group B took a programmatic and harmonious care service and compared the effects of different groups of care. Results The physical examination waiting time and physical examination time of group B were significantly shorter than that of group A (P < 0. 05 ). The incidence of nursing accidents, nursing disputes and nursing complaints in group B were significantly less than those in group A ( P <0. 05). There was no significant difference between the Hamilton Anxiety ( HAMA) score and the Hamilton Depression ( HAMD) score in group A and group B ( P〉0. 05 ). The HAMA and HAMD scores of group B patients after treatment were significantly lower than those of group A ( P < 0. 05). The satisfaction scores of the patients in the B group were significantly higher than those in the A group ( P <0. 05). Conclusion Programmatic Harmony Care has a good effect in the nursing service of the medical examination center, which not only shortens the waiting time for medical examination and the time of medical exami nation, but also improves the satisfaction of nursing.
