摘要
采用化学试剂配制了5组不同Fe2O3含量的高硫型硫铝酸盐水泥生料,在1225~1425℃下保温煅烧,得到相应的水泥熟料,通过观察熟料外观形貌、利用XRD和BSE-SEM测试,研究了Fe2O3含量对水泥熟料煅烧和矿物组成的影响.结果表明:熟料中铁相的矿物组成更接近于C6AF2;在CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-Fe2O3-SO3系统中,随着Fe2O3含量的增加,系统熔点降低;适量的铁相可以促进水泥熟料的早期水化.
Five groups of high-sulfur type sulphoaluminate cement raw meals with different FegCh content were prepared using chemical reagents. Insulation and calcination at different temperatures from 1225 to 1425℃ to obtain the corresponding cement clinkers. The calcination of cement clinker as well as the influence of Fe2O3 content on clinker composition and structure were also studied by observing the morphology of clinkers,using XRD and BSE -SEM test methods. Results show that the mineral composition of the iron phase in clinker is closer to C6AF2. In the C6AF2-SiO2-Al2O3-Fe2O3-SO3 system, the melting point of the system decreases with the increase of the content of iron phase. The proper amount of Fe phase can promote the early hydration of cement clinker.
