摘要
施工工艺和物理性能可靠性是砌筑式石材幕墙的使用关键。结合工程应用,介绍了该新型石材幕墙的砌筑安装方法,开展试验并重点关注施工工艺、层间变形性能和极限动态风荷载下的性能。研究表明,尽管石材板缝不符合JGJ133-2013要求,但由于采用新型砌筑式工艺,该幕墙的层间变形性能和极限风荷载性能仍满足设计要求,为工程应用推广提供了参考。
The reliability of construction technology and physical properties is the key of using of masonry stone curtain wall. This paper introduced the masonry technology of this type stone curtain?and developed experiment to verify its deformation performance between stories and the ultimate wind load resistance performance combined with engineering in the laboratory. The experiment showed that the construction technology and physical properties of masonry stone curtain wall meet the design requirements because of adopting the new masonry technology, although the width of gap of the stone panel didn't satisfy the requirement of standard JGJ 133-2013. This study has provided the reference for its popularization and application in the engineering.
