摘要
基于化学发泡原理,以建筑石膏、白水泥和熟石灰三元无机胶凝材料体系为基材,通过直接混合法制备了嵌装相变材料的发泡石膏复合材料,测试了其力学和热工性能,并通过正交试验优化了综合性能较优的发泡石膏的制备工艺;采用SEM分析了水化产物的形态,建立了导热系数和表观密度的变化关系。结果表明:嵌装相变储能材料的发泡石膏试块的抗压强度均符合大于0.3MPa的标准要求,并且28d强度无倒缩现象;在给定的水平范围内,最优组的配比为石膏掺量87%,相变材料掺量2%,双氧水掺量6%,硬脂酸钙掺量0.3%。
Based on the principle of chemical foaming, the foamed gypsum composite material with phase-change materials was prepared by direct mixing method with the ternary inorganic cementitious material system of building gypsum, white cement and slaked lime as the substrate. The physical and thermal properties were tested, and the formulation parameters of foaming gypsum with better comprehensive performance were optimized by orthogonal analysis. The morphology of hydration products was analyzed by SEM, and the relationship between thermal conductivity and apparent density was established. The results show that the compressive strength of the foamed gypsum test block with embedded phase change energy storage materials meets the requirements of more than 0.3 MPa, and the 28 d strength has no shrinkage, within the given horizontal range, the optimal preparation parameters are 87% gypsum, 2% phase change material, 6% hydrogen peroxide,and 0.3% calcium stearate.
