摘要
以氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾和氢氧化铝为基础组分,通过添加改性剂合成了一种铝酸盐型低碱液体速凝剂。研究了合成工艺参数对速凝剂性能的影响,试验结果表明,最佳配比和工艺条件为:碱铝摩尔比为1.4,水玻璃、三乙醇胺、聚丙烯酰胺用量分别为速凝剂质量的2.0%、2.0%、0.2%,反应时间1.5h,反应温度1lO℃所制得的低碱速凝剂采用不同水泥进行测试,掺量为6%时,水泥初凝时间均小于3min、终凝均小于8min,同时该速凝剂1d抗压强度均大于10MPa,28d抗压强度比均大于100%,符合JC477—2005规定的一等品要求。
An aluminate low alkali liquid accelerator was synthesized from sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide and aluminum hydroxide as basic components by adding modifier. The effects of various synthetic process parameters on the performance of the accelerator were studied. The experimental results showed that the optimum ratio and process conditions were as follows. The molar ratio of alkali aluminum was 1.4, the amount of water glass,alcohol amine,polyacrylamide was 2%, 2%, and 0.2% respectively,the reaction time was 1.5 h.and the reaction temperature was 110 ℃.The prepared alkali free liquid accelerator was tested by different cements. When the dosage was 6%, the cement setting time were less than 3 min, the final setting were less than 8 min, at the same time,the 1 d compressive strength of accelerating agent were greater than 10 MPa, 28 d compressive strength were greater than 100%佲 which can reach the requirements of the first-class products in JC 477-2005.
