他们为什么当老师?——以J大学为例探析非师范生选择教师行业的影响因素及建议

摘要 本研究以更好促进地非师范生进入教师行业为目的,以“了解非师范生选择教师职业的原因”为切入点,以J大学为例,使用问卷法及访谈法了解非师范生选择教师的影响因素并提出相应建议。结果表明:非师范生选择教师行业时,职业因素占主要地位,自我因素占重要地位,客观因素并无显著影响,并根据结论从教资认证制度和学校层面提出建议。
