摘要
水泥基复合材料内部同时添加发泡聚苯乙烯(EPS)颗粒及石墨烯吸收剂可改善其阻抗匹配特性,并提升水泥的吸波性能。石墨烯/EPS颗粒填充水泥样品测试结果表明:样品厚度、EPS的填充量对其吸波性能影响显著;再加入适量的石墨烯后,样品吸收性能有明显改善。石墨烯含量2%、EPS填充率60%、水泥材料厚度30 mm时,石墨烯/EPS填充水泥样品8?12 GHz的反射损耗小于-10 dB。
The simultaneous addition of expanded polystyrene(EPS) particles and graphene absorbent to the cement-based composite material can optimize the impedance matching characteristics and improve the absorbing properties of the cement-based composite material. The results of graphene/EPS particle filled cement-based composite material samples show that the sample thickness and the volume filling ratio of EPS have significant effects on the absorbing properties. After adding appropriate amount of graphene, the absorption performance of the samples is obviously improved. When the graphene content is 2%, the EPS volume filling rate is 60%,and the cement material thickness is 30 mm, the reflection loss of the graphene/EPS filled cement sample is less than-10 dB in the range of 8~12 GHz.
