摘要
结合工程实际,在其深基坑施工中采用了传力杆式内支撑转换施工工艺,即用钢筋混凝土换撑梁传力杆代替了原有回填土和混凝土板带的换撐方式。从实践效果来看:该工艺受空间限制较小,工序简单,可缩短换撑周期,使地下主体结构能够连续施工,无需等待外墙防水施工和回填土的时间,大大节约了工期。
Combi ned with the engin eeri ng practice, the con struction tech no logy of the dowel bar type internal support conv ersion was adopted in the con struction of the deep foun dati on pit, n amely, the dowel bar of rein forced concrete support replacement beam was used to replace the original backfill soil and the concrete slab belt. From the practical effect: the process was simple and less limited by space, so that the cycle of the support replacement could be shortened, and the underground main structure could be continuously constructed without waiting for the waterproof construction of the external wall and the time of backfilling, and greatly saved the construction period.
