摘要 TRD工法是一种全新的围护结构技术,它在施工过程中可形成相对密度较大的混合泥浆以确保围护墙体密实,可减少置换土的产生量和水泥掺量,实现理想的止水效果。TRD工法三步施工法,就是通过切割、搅拌、混合,主机经往、返、往三步完成施工的工艺方法。通过对在建工程中的生土浆及水泥土浆相对密度测定,探究与论证了TRD工法三步施工法设计参数与现场实际的差异。 The TRD method is a new retaining structure technology. During the construction process, it forms a relatively dense mixed mud to ensure the compaction of the retaining wall, which can reduce the amount of displaced soil and the amount of cement to achieve the desired water-stop effect. The three-step construction method of the TRD method is a kind of construction method that through cutting, stirring and mixing, and its main machine through forward, backward and forward three steps, the construction is then completed. By measuring the relative density of soil slurry and cement slurry in projects under construction, the difference between the design parameters of the three-step construction method of TRD method and the actual site situation is explored and demonstrated.
