一种矿物棉环保胶泥粘接保温隔热板的研制

摘要 选用环保胶泥、矿物棉、陶粒作为原材料,并采用自订的工艺研制出了一种新型的保温隔热板材。通过试验分析,在矿物棉和陶粒质量不变的情况下,环保胶泥用量的不同会影响保温隔热板的各项性能指标。为此,选用了合适的配合比,使其压缩强度、抗压强度、抗拉强度、吸水性、压缩性、导热系数、燃烧性能、尺寸稳定性、水蒸气透湿系数等各项技术性能均符合使用要求。 Adopting custom technology, A new kind of thermal insulation board was developed by selecting and using environmental-friendly cement gum, mineral wool and ceramsite as raw materials. Through experimental analysis and under the condition of constant quality of mineral cotton and ceramsite, the different amount of environmental friendly cement will affect the performance index of thermal insulation board. To this end, the appropriate mix ratio was selected and applied to make its compression strength, compressive strength, tensile strength, water absorption quality,compressibility, thermal conductivity, combustion performance, dimensional stability, water vapor permeability coefficient and other technical performances compliance with the use requirements.
