摘要
结合工程实践,全面地阐述了铝镁锰板与平板瓦组合屋面系统的施工全过程,详细地阐述了该系统的构造特点及施工工艺。通过对直立锁边金属屋面板上安装平板瓦施工技术的研究,设计一种直立锁边金属屋面上固定瓦屋面系统的连接装置,并研究应用了铝镁锰-平板瓦组合屋面的虚拟仿真施工技术,从而提高了组合屋面系统的施工工效,降低了成本,取得了良好的经济效益。
Combined with engineering practice, the whole process of construction of aluminum-magnesium-manganese plate and flat tile roofing system is expounded comprehensively. The structural characteristics and construction technology of the system are elaborated in detail. By researching the flat tile installation technology on the vertical interlocking metal roof panel, the connecting device of the fixed tile roofing system on the vertical interlocking metal roof is designed, and the virtual simulation construction technology of the aluminum-magnesium-manganese flat tile roof is studied and applied. The construction work efficiency of the combined roofing system has been improved, the cost was reduced, and good economic benefits have been achieved.
