摘要
针对常州地铁2号线青洋路站的侧墙模板问题,首先通过对模板结构在施工状态下的荷载响应进行了有限元模拟计算,发现了原设计中存在的缺陷;然后在实际浇筑混凝土的过程中开展模板荷载响应试验,测量了模板的变形数据,从而验证了计算的正确性;最后,采用经验证后的有限元模型对模板结构进行优化设计。研究成果对于进一步完善清水混凝土模板结构设计方法并提高其施工质量具有一定的参考意义。
In view of the side wall formwork problem of Qingyang Road Station of Changzhou Metro Line 2, the finite element simulation calculation of the load response of the formwork structure under construction conditions was carried out firstly, and the defects in the original design were found. Then in the actual concrete pouring process, the load response test of formwork was carried out and the deformation data of the formwork was measured to verify the correctness of the calculation. Finally, the validated finite element model was used to optimize the design of the formwork structure. The research results have certain reference significance for further improving the design method of fair-faced concrete formwork structure and improving its construction quality.
