Based on the reconstruction project of the East Zone of Shanghai Shanggang No.2 Plant Internet Plus Industrial Park, the technical measures of Mediterranean style decoration on the facade of old factory buildings were introduced.Through the analysis of the difficulties in the implementation process of the project, the corresponding key points and difficulties of the construction process were determined. The construction process was elaborated in detail, and the experience was accumulated for similar reconstruction projects in the future.
