摘要
结合上海轨交浦江线三鲁公路站-闵瑞路站区间高架下穿S32申嘉湖高速公路的工程实际,介绍了利用液压模块车进行U形梁运、架一体化施工的技术。对液压模块车及配套工装件的选择进行了阐述,并对液压模块车的施工技术参数进行了计算,可为类似工程提供参考。
Combined with the engineering practice of S32 Shenjiahu Expressway under the elevated road in the section of the San lugong Road Station-Zhe nrui Road Station of Sha nghai Rail Transit Pujia ng Line, the in teg rated con struction tech no logy of transportatio n and erecti on of U-shaped beam by hydraulic module truck was in troduced. The selection of hydraulic module truck and supporting tooling parts was expounded, and the construction technical parameters of hydraulic module truck were calculated, which could provide reference for similar projects.
