摘要
目前Inconel 690合金广泛用于核电站蒸汽发生器传热管。其通常采用真空感应炉冶炼自耗电极,冶炼成本较高。本研究通过对Inconel 690合金熔体的热力学分析和还原过程的讨论,认为采用电弧炉+氩氧精炼炉冶炼工艺路线,可以生产出满足标准要求的自耗电极。通过实践,表明此工艺可行,生产的自耗电极化学成分满足要求,气体含量低。为该产品的生产开辟了一条低成本、高效率的冶炼工艺路线。
Inconel 690 alloy is widely used in steam generator heat transfer tubes in nuclear power plants.It usually uses the vacuum induction furnace smelting consumable electrode,smelting cost is high.In this study,the thermodynamic analysis and reduction process of Inconel 690 alloy melt were discussed,and it was considered that the consumable electrode meeting the standard requirements could be produced by the arc furnace+argon oxygen refining furnace smelting process.The practice shows that the process is feasible,the chemical composition of the consumable electrode meets the requirements,and the gas content is low.For the production of the product opened up a low cost,high efficiency smelting process.
