摘要
燃煤电站锅炉受热面高温腐蚀现象普遍存在,高温受热面常常因高温氧化、腐蚀而提前失效,引发泄露事故,导致机组非计划停机,影响发电机组的安全经济运行。本文就工程实例,探究屏式过热器的高温腐蚀的机理,影响因素及相应的防治措施。
High temperature corrosion of the heating surface is widespread phenomenon in Coal-fired utility boilers. High temperature heating surfaces often fail prematurely due to high temperature oxidation and corrosion, which causing a leak accident and unplanned shutdown of the unit, and then affect the Safe and Economic Operation of Generator unit. In this paper, the project example are used to explore the mechanism, influencing factors and prevention measures of high temperature corrosion of platen superheaters.
