不锈钢管下料线料架防护装置的设计与研究

本文针对某不锈钢管下料线机械加工不锈钢管的过程中出现的管材碰撞变形、不锈钢管材与碳钢长时间接触问题,对原有不锈钢管下料线料架结构进行防护改进,设计出了一种新型料架防护装置,进而提高了产品质量。

In this paper, the impact deformation of stainless steel pipe and the long time contact between stainless steel pipe and carbon steel occurred during the machining of stainless steel pipe by sawing without teeth, carry on the protection improvement to the original material frame structure, designed a new type of rack protection device, improved product quality.
