摘要
某电厂2#炉高再样管12Cr1MoVG侧外壁焊缝根部存在未熔合缺欠,在应力和腐蚀介质S的共同作用下,裂纹起源于未熔合缺陷处,并在相对薄弱的12Cr1MoVG侧热影响区沿晶扩展,最终导致开裂发生。
The high of no.2 furnace of a certain power plant to be 12 Cr1 MoVG lateral wall defect exists incomplete fusion.Under the joint action of stress and corrosion mediums,originated in the incomplete fusion defect of crack,and in a relatively weak 12 Cr1 MoVG side heat affected zone along the grain,eventually cause cracking.
