摘要
某化肥厂净化车间一台甲醇合成塔下部20MnMoNi55材质的壳体环缝在运行过程中局部开裂而发生泄漏,导致设备紧急停车解体,给用户造成了非常大的经济损失。本文主要介绍了我公司在设备现场对开裂环缝的成功焊接返修处理过程和方法,以及一些经验总结,为今后类似设备的检修提供了较好的借鉴和参考。
In a purification workshop of a fertilizer, crack and leakage occurred on the bottom shell circular seam of methanol synthesis tower in the process of running, the metrial of shell is 20 MnMoNi55, which leads to emergency cut-off of equipment and takes huge economic losses to the User. This article mainly introduces the successful process and method in welding and repiring of shell circular seam on site by our company, and the summary of experience is given for the future similar equipment maintenance.
