Development and Application of Prior Intelligent Prescriptions Auditing System

目的:建立事前智能处方审核系统,提高处方质量,促进合理用药,加强药师对合理用药的把关意识,实现对患者用药的全程、全方位监控.方法:根据系统设计理念,理清事前智能审核和干预流程,通过分析不同角色的客户端程序数据流,诠释该系统的建立方法.结果:通过建立事前智能处方审核系统,实现了系统拦截和药师拦截两道关口,使合理用药行为成为必须.系统实施后处方合格率从90.3%上升至98.5%.结论:事前智能处方审核系统的运行可显著促进医院合理用药水平,有效提升医院药学服务质量和竞争力,增加患者满意度,获得良好的社会效益.

Objective: The prior intelligent prescriptions auditing system is developed and applied. The quality of prescription is improved, the rational use of drugs is promoted by this system. To strengthen pharmacists' awareness of rational drug use, and to realize the full and all-round monitoring of patients' drug use. Methods: According to the concept of system design, we can clarify the prior intelligent auditing and intervention process, and explain the method of establishing the system by analyzing the client program data flow of different roles. Results: Through the establishment of intelligent prescription auditing system in advance, the system intercepts and pharmacists intercept two barriers, making rational drug use behavior necessary. After the system was implemented, the prescription pass rate increased from about 90.3% to 98.5%. Conclusion: The operation of the intelligent prescriptions auditing system can significantly promote the rational use of drugs in hospitals, effectively improve the quality and competitiveness of pharmaceutical services in hospitals, increase patient satisfaction, and obtain good social benefits.
