Research and Application of Custom Search in the Intensive Care System

目的:为用户提供完善的数据检索界面,便于用户对重症监护系统中的数据进行科研挖掘.方法:分析用户对系统数据的需求,提出在系统中新增自定义查询模块.用户可在病人基本信息、重症监护单项目、医嘱项目、检查项目四大类的基础上,对其中的各个子项目进行查询项目的自定义,查询结果的筛选及查询结果的导出.结果:自定义查询的应用提高了系统数据利用率,实现了用户对数据的深度挖掘及研究.结论:自定义查询为用户提供了一个可任意组合查询显示项的功能界面,使用户能够充分利用系统中的数据进行科研,从而推动学科的发展.

Objective: To provide users with a perfect data retrieval interface that facilitates users' scientific research on data in the intensive care system. Methods: Analyze the user's demand for system data, and propose to add a new custom search module to the system. Users can define the query items, filter the query results and export the query results on the basis of four categories: patient basic information, intensive care list items, doctor's advice items, and inspection items. Results: The application of the custom search improves the utilization ratio of system data and enables the user to deeply mine and research the data. Conclusion: Custom search provide users with a functional interface that can be freely combined with query display items, enabling users to make full use of the data in the system for scientific research, thus promoting the development of disciplines.
