摘要 目的:探索新的数字化病案调阅方式,提高数字化病案的应用效率和病案信息安全性.方法:基于医院已有的数字化病案管理系统,通过专线网络连接医院和保险机构等第三方机构,开发基于Web服务界面的数字化病案远程调阅专线平台.结果:远程调阅专线平台符合稳定性、高效性、安全性、开放性等原则,可在后期进行用户扩展功能,既能提高病案管理和应用的效率,又能保障病案信息的使用更安全、更规范.结论:华中科技大学同济医学院附属武汉中心医院开发建设的数字化病案远程调阅专线平台可进行数字化病案的网上传输,实现病案信息资源安全、高效、便捷、合理合法的共享功能,可在已经实行病案数字化的医院推广使用. Objective: To explore the wider application scope and mode of digital medical records, and to boost the application efficiency and information security of digital medical records. Methods: Based on the management system of digital medical records,connect the hospital with third-party institutions such as insurance institutions by dedicated line network, on the premise of guarantee the safety, and operation is convenient and efficient, develop the digital medical records remote access dedicated line platform based on Web service interface. Results: The digital medical records remote access dedicated line platform conforms to the principles of stability, high efficiency, safety, and openness, etc. and the users can be extended later, the platform not only can significantly boost the efficiency of the medical records management and application, also can ensure the use of medical record information is safer and more standardized. Conclusion: Hospitals and third-party institutions such as insurance institutions can transmit digital medical record online with the digital medical records remote access dedicated line platform, and the sharing information of digital medical records is security,efficient, convenient, reasonable. It follows that the platform can be popularized in hospitals where digitization of medical records has been implemented.
