摘要
在生物科研领域,基因组测序是科学探索的重要手段.但由于基因组测序价格高、数据体量大,使不同研究机构之间难以共享.新兴的区块链技术由于具备透明性、可追溯性和不可篡改性,使其更加适用于无中介的多方合作场景.探讨使用区块链技术建立基因测序数据分享平台的可行性,旨在使不同研究机构之间可以去中心化地分享基因组数据,具备分享激励的同时保证公平、公正和透明,从而降低科研成本,促进重要科研成果的探索与发现.
In the field of biological research, genome sequencing is an important means of scientific exploration. However, due to the high price of genome sequencing and large data volume, it is difficult to share between different research institutions. Emerging blockchain technology is more adaptable to non-intermediary multi-party cooperation scenarios due to its transparency, traceability and unchangeability. This article explores the feasibility of using blockchain technology to establish a gene sequencing data sharing platform. It aims to reduce the cost of research by allowing gene data to be shared equitably between different research institutions.The platform is a decentralized institutional group that shares incentives while ensuring fairness, fairness and transparency.
