目的:为切实提高医院的医疗质量和医疗安全,探索建立覆盖医院各个环节全面质量监控的质量管理平台.方法:整合以电子病历系统为核心的临床信息系统,构建医院整体医疗质量管理平台,对平台的总体技术框架和核心建设内容进行研究.结果:经过数据的抽取、清洗、转换、集成,构建医疗质量管理数据中心,建立全过程医疗质量管理平台,实现了医疗质量全过程管理的实时化、规范化、精细化.结论:医疗质量管理平台为医疗质量管理、病历质控分析及科研分析等各类主题应用提供了有力的平台支撑,全面提升医疗质量管理水平.

Objective: To improve the quality of medical care and medical safety in hospitals, and explore the establishment of a quality management platform for all aspects of quality control in hospitals. Methods: To integrate the clinical information system based on the electronic medical record system as the core, to construct the hospital overall medical quality management platform, and to study the overall technical framework and core construction content of the platform. Results: Through the data extraction, cleaning,conversion and integration, the medical quality management data center was built, and the whole process medical quality management platform was established, which realized the real time, standardization and refinement of the whole process management of medical quality. Conclusion: The medical quality management platform provides a powerful platform for various topics such as medical quality management, medical record quality control analysis and scientific research and analysis, and improves the level of medical quality management in an all-round way.
