摘要
针对矿井液压支架油缸活塞杆损坏的主要原因与镀铬层的性能进行了分析,经过反复的修复试验,提出了利用冷焊工艺补焊与设计定角研磨工装进行研磨的方法,修复效果显著,解决了之前无合适方法快速修复的实际问题。
The main reasons for the damage of the piston rod of the hydraulic support cylinder in the mine and the performance of the chrome plating layer are analyzed in this paper.After repeated tests,the method of grinding with the cold welding technology to make up welding and design the fixed angle grinding assembly is proposed,which solves the practical problem of quick repair.
