基于现代学徒制的高职人才培养创新训练模式研究——以电子信息类专业“产学并进、学赛相长”模式为例

Research on Innovative Training Model of Higher Vocational Talents Cultivation Based on Modern Apprenticeship System

目前,我国正处在“十三五”阶段经济转型升级的重要时期,需要储备大量的专业技能型人才,通过引入基于现代学徒制的创新人才培养模式是解决当前高职专业人才培养质量问题的最有力途径之一。以电子信息类专业为例,从以典型电子产品项目为载体组织训练内容,结合现代学徒制的育人内涵,提出一种“产学并进、学赛相长”的高职人才培养创新训练模式。

At present,China is developing in an important period of economic transformation and upgrading of the“13th Five-Year Plan”.It needs to reserve a large number of professional and skilled talents.One of the most effective ways to solve the current quality problems of professional training in vocational colleges is to introduce innovative talents by training mode based on modern apprenticeship system.Taking electronic information specialty as an example,this paper puts forward an innovative training mode of higher vocational talents training,which takes typical electronic products projects as the carrier and combines the connotation of modern apprenticeship education.
