城镇化进程中的乡村建设路径选择——从“乡村振兴战略”角度分析

The Path Choice of Rural Construction in the Process of Urbanization——Analysis from the Perspective of“Village Revitalization Strategy”

党的十九大报告提出了“实施乡村振兴战略”,从“美丽乡村”到“乡村振兴”,乡村建设始终是党和国家的工作重心。而在快速的城镇化进程中,与之相伴的则是乡村社会的衰败,乡村建设与发展也遇到了诸多问题。通过分析城镇化进程中乡村社会存在的问题,即土地制度的僵化、人户分离、产业单一落后、教育资源严重不均衡、乡村文化衰败等,结合乡村振兴战略对乡村建设的路径作出合理的选择,以期加快乡村建设,缩小城乡差距。

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the “Implementation Strategy for Rural Revitalization”. From “beautiful villages” to “revitalization of the countryside”, rural construction has always been the focus of the party and the country. In the process of rapid urbanization, accompanied by the decline of rural society, rural construction and development have encountered many problems. Analyze the problems of rural society in the process of urbanization: the rigidity of land system, the separation of people and households, the single backwardness of industry, the serious imbalance of educational resources, the decline of rural culture, etc., combined with the “rural revitalization strategy” to make a reasonable choice for the path of rural construction, so as to speed up rural construction and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas.
