我国网络虚拟财产的继承问题探究

近年来,随着互联网技术的发展,互联网上存储着越来越多的虚拟财产,有关网络虚拟财产的继承问题在实际生活中也日益突出。然而,目前我国现有的法律法规尚未对网络虚拟财产的继承问题有所提及,网络虚拟财产继承中存在立法层面存在空白、服务协议与继承权的冲突、继承权与隐私权的冲突、虚拟财产价值评估机制不完善等问题。分析现存问题,提出完善建议,以期使虚拟财产继承中存在的问题能够得到解决。

By analyzing the existing problems and putting forward suggestions for improvement, the problems existing in virtual property inheritance can be solved.
