基于四螺旋理论的职业教育扶贫机制研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着我国扶贫工作的不断深入,扶贫的重点也从传统的"输血式"扶贫向"造血式"扶贫转变。提升贫困地区内部发展的动能是扶贫的主要任务,因此,职业教育在精准扶贫目标的实现中有着突出的价值。以四螺旋理论为基础,阐述四螺旋理论的内涵及其在职业教育扶贫中的意义,分析当前职业教育扶贫机制中存在的问题,尝试构建以产业为纽带,学生、企业、高校、政府四主体相互作用的四螺旋模型,探索各主体充分发挥优势、协同创新的作用机理,提出基于四螺旋理论的职业教育扶贫机制的构建策略,包括营造政策环境,立足产业建设,创新学生教育,健全联动机制等。 With the deepening of China’s poverty alleviation work,the focu of poverty alleviation has also changed from the traditional "blood transfusion"poverty alleviation to the "hematopoietic"poverty alleviation. In this regard,vocational education has a prominent value in the realization of targeted poverty alleviation. Based on the four screw theory,firstly elaborate the connotation of the four screw theory and its significance in vocational education poverty alleviation,analyze the problems existing in the vocational education poverty alleviation mechanism,try to build a four-helix model that uses industry as a link and students,enterprises,universities,and government to interact. Exploring the mechanism by which each individual can give full play to its advantages and synergistic innovation,puts forward vocational education based on the theory of the four screw mechanism construction of strategy for poverty alleviation,including students create policy environment,based on the industry construction,innovation education and improve the linkage mechanism,etc.
